Centered on GMRS radio for its low barrier to entry, family licensing, and independence from cell networks and internet
Designed to help families check on one another and churches coordinate during emergencies
Meant to complement official emergency services, never replace them
Focused on the entire Susquehanna Valley, from the upper branches down through Sunbury, Northumberland, Lewisburg, Selinsgrove, Harrisburg, and surrounding communities
